On-site County Criminal Search

Turnaround Time: 24-72 hours**

All statewide searches utilize county level information (with the exception of Texas DPS Repository database search). A county level search is conducted in all county courts for statewide coverage. Searches will show all felony or misdemeanor filings as maintained within each court. Included will be any charges filed, indictments, disposition date, final disposition, sentencing information, and any verifiers listed on file. County where case information is found will be specified.

NOTE: In New York State, a mandatory fee of $52 is charged by the Office of Court Administration (OCA) in addition to the criminal records search fee for the following boroughs: New York, Kings, Queens, Richmond, Bronx, Nassau, Allegany, Cortland, and Orleans.

* Plus state fees if applicable. Some states have extended clerk delays.
** Some instant statewide criminal database searches offer only “Corrections - Jail” records. These states will need additional countywide or on-site searches for a comprehensive criminal background search.
